Peter Chiappone is the guy to go to if you are interested in buying a Ferrari! He delivered exactly the way he promised. The most important thing that I liked about him is that he understood the value of my in buying a Ferrari! He delivered exactly the way he promised. When Mr. Chiappone initially showed me a blue-colored Ferrari, and I did not like the color, he did not try to sell me on that car. Instead, he asked me what I was looking for and within two days of that conversation, his manager, Tom McAfee managed to get a red-colored Ferrari, and the entire process after that went smooth. Both these gentlemen are thorough professionals, and I had a very pleasant experience with both, though my primary contact person with who I worked with was Mr. Chiappone. I know who to reach out to when I want to buy my second Ferrari, and I know who to recommend my friends to when they are looking for an exotic vehicle. We all shudder to think of having to deal with individuals working in the sales department at a dealership, but Mr. Chiappone is different-maybe it has something to do with him having a history of already having worked in the industry for twenty-some years. My experience with Ash Tawadros as my point sales man at Ferrari San Francisco was excellent. He made you feel as if you were the only person of his attention. Alway responsive and caring. Technically answered questions well and went out of his way to support. Including a lint free towel to clean the screen with I picked up the car. James Chow was just as supportive and patiently dealt with all my questions and considerations with specifying out the cars options. His advice was very good. Customers like myself can be very focused and detailed. To the point of being a little difficult with moving around thoughts about purchase and options. James was always really helpful and pleasant. Always responding by email or unscheduled drop in meeting. James has a difficult job and does it very good. Never a hint of losing pacients.
