Simply the best dealership and staff I have ever dealt with. Owning a Ferrari has been a dream on mine and back in 2018, Tony made that happen for me. I know he has since moved on to another Ferrari deale with. Owning a Ferrari has been a dream on mine and back in 2018, Tony made that happen for me. I know he has since moved on to another Ferrari dealership in down South but I have maintained my relationship with Algar and take my car there for its annual service. Excellent customer service and the service staff are super friendly. Highly recommend! More
Phenomenal dealership, with history and expertise to match. I cannot really say enough about Algar Ferrari sales and service, but I will try herein. First, they have sold me two cars and serviced three in the past 18 months. The first Ferrari I bought, which was "pre-owned," was not only accurately represented online, but in person it was far better. In fact, their Ferrari was so good that it scored a 99.5/100 at a FCA Concourso event and won best in class. The judges said, "That is the best ___ we have ever seen in 20 years of judging." That was my first car. I am leaving the type out for many reasons - but you get it. My second car, well, let's just say it was my dream car. The dealership explained the rarity online and given my first experience with them I had rushed to the dealership to have a look. After what can only be described as a complicated deal (mostly on my end as I had several things that had to move - and Algar had to move them to make it happen), they made it happen. They got me the car of my dreams and the experience, well, amazing. Words are not really what suffice in situations like this as this car will long outlive me, but keeping it "in the family" will likely be something that is cherished for generations to come. Jorge was an excellent salesman, not enough words here to describe his business acumen. The GM, I am unsure if he wants his name, but there is only one, could not have been more engaging, helpful and integral to make the second deal happen. To both of them I am forever grateful. Algar Ferrari has a storied history. There is a reason for that, and much of it is the human aspect they provide. Their service department has cared for all three of my cars with respect, courtesy, honesty and fluidity in timeliness and updates throughout. I will forever be a fan of Ferrari, but I am a lifelong customer of Algar Ferrari. More

I decided to drive 3 1/2 hours to go see a car Francis was representing. My experience with Algar Ferrari was great. I felt very well treated and the buying process went very smoothly. As a first time Ferrari buyer I was very nervous about my first purchase. The dealership was new, clean, and inviting upon my arrival. From the moment I walked through the door I was treated with respect. I was given a tour of the facility and a test drive that helped me to feel more comfortable with the example I was looking to purchase. I am enjoying my 2008 F430 coupe and when the time is right to purchase a different Ferrari model I will surely trust Algar again. I hope we have started a long term relationship. It is hard to find true great customer service, these guys have it down very well. Thanks, Ryan More
Being an out of town buyer. All our communications were over the phone and e mail. You have concerns when buying a used car sight unseen. We found Tony at Algar. Very Professional and honest. During the negotiation Tony called to tell me he found two small imperfections in the paint. He had to pull the car outside so they would show up on pictures. This is the honestly you want in a situation like this. It wasn't even an expensive car. After receiving the car we still have to look very hard to notice the two scratches. Before I had a chance to visit the dreaded BMV for plates a few weeks later . Tony called and explained the issue with Ohio laws and transferring the title. Algar submitted the proper paper work to Ohio BMV and then Algar sent me the plates. Talk about saving me the hassle. Hats off to Tony and Algar. More
