If you're considering patronizing this dealership, tread carefully. If it were possible to give them a zero-rating, I wouldn't think twice. Roughly ten months ago, I purchased a 2022 Levante from Fort Laude carefully. If it were possible to give them a zero-rating, I wouldn't think twice. Roughly ten months ago, I purchased a 2022 Levante from Fort Lauderdale Ferrari/Maserati. A mere week later, I needed an alignment at Central Florida Maserati, which they purportedly provided. But after only 6,000 miles—due to my work-from-home lifestyle—I suffered a tire blowout. Luckily, I had invested in wheel and tire insurance for such occasions. Bruce, the service representative, chalked up the blowout to failure in the alignment. I reminded him that the alignment was recently handled by their team. But Bruce simply passed this off as standard wear and tear on a Maserati. His advice included buying two new front tires and getting another alignment, all out of my pocket. I disagreed, instead requesting a loaner car—a service I was refused despite my history with their department and my ownership of a $100,000 Maserati. Looking for a solution, I took this issue to North American Maserati. Their review process extended for almost two weeks, during which I had to pay for a rental car. Their final response was as follows: "Hello Ms. Kleyman, Regarding case #424687, tires are prone to wear and tear and aren't covered under warranty or any claim of poor workmanship. However, given your experiences as a new Maserati owner, we agree tocover the cost of alignment. We recommend having the observed repair done at Maserati of Central Florida. I am committed to highlighting their inefficiency to anyone who'll listen. The evident incompetence within the dealership is alarming. I'm firm in my decision to never buy another Maserati. Their approach to customer service is shocking. After 20 years of owning Mercedes, it was only upon interacting with Maserati of North America and Maserati of Central Florida that I encountered such a profound lack of responsibility, honesty, fairness, and serviceability. Their services are terribly disappointing, their practices lacking in integrity. Maserati of North America's lack of concern for their dealer's inappropriate behaviors is extremely disconcerting. More
