I did the appointment more than a week ahead and changed for last Thursday. After one hour and a half they informed us that they order the wrong piece to replace. I live more than a hour far from the dealer for last Thursday. After one hour and a half they informed us that they order the wrong piece to replace. Shawn is a very professional customer service person. He quoted me a price and stuck with it even though the paint guy said he couldn’t do it that cheap when he saw the car. The work was perfect.
