I have found that the service provided by Louis and William, two service coordinators I have worked with recently was really excellent. dealer is set up as a pepboys not as a luxury dealer. no loaners up to standards. horrific unprofessional, un attentive loaner receiving n dropping vehicle staff, filthy loaner and personal vehicle given no loaners up to standards. horrific unprofessional, un attentive loaner receiving n dropping vehicle staff, filthy loaner and personal vehicle given back. worst of all brand new vehicle with leak and repair did not attend major rust under seats that can corrode and be a safety issue.
