My experience with Joe, was great since we drop the car very courteously and professionally. Joe keeps me informed of all the steps and when the car was ready he sends it with a concierge service to pick u very courteously and professionally. Joe keeps me informed of all the steps and when the car was ready he sends it with a concierge service to pick up the loaner to our home and deliver our car! BTW the loaner was a new Ghibli with only 20 miles! THANK YOU! We will recommend your dealer to all our friends! More

8 days when they said 1 or 2 for routine maintenance. Zero communication 5 days later until I contacted them.
