This was the worst experience I've had so far in any car related service area. I took my car for service, right on time at 11AM on Saturday. The rep (William) told me it would be 2 hours so I said I'll wait related service area. I took my car for service, right on time at 11AM on Saturday. The rep (William) told me it would be 2 hours so I said I'll wait. 2 hours go by, and my car still hasn't been worked on. now the rep tells me I told you it was 2-3 hours (he lied). I said ok, I'll wait another hour. Lied again, I ended up having to go get lunch to a Red Lobster beside the dealership, came back and still nothing with the car. Then at maybe hour 4 of being there, the rep asks me: do you want us to wash it or do you want to take it as is? I got upset and of course told him to wash it. LONGS STORY SHORT, I GOT MY CAR POORLY WASHED, ALL WET, DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO CLEAN FROM INSIDE-----AT 4 PM, SO I WAS STUCK THERE FOR 5 HOURS. This will 100% be my last visit to Maserati Fort Lauderdale, and will not recommend in any of my circles. There's other places with people that won't lie to you and will offer better service... More

My name is Ronald Wing. I bought a car from your company in the late November 1922. I have no problem with the car but when I ask them to put chip guard film on my car my sa I bought a car from your company in the late November 1922. I have no problem with the car but when I ask them to put chip guard film on my car my salesman Chris did not inform me that it already had the chip guard on the front and fenders and this is now in dispute. On my last review I mention Abbas in the complaint and I redact his name. At this point I believe he had no part in what happened, I have requested for full documents, work orders, work sheets, and the name of the person who put the material on my car and five months prior to be buying it 631 coding in New York had already coated the front, the bumper, the mirrors and the fenders are your service manager claims they put the film on the back fenders and I’m having issues with it bubbling and pulling up. I sent all this pictures and I. they took the film off the front and replaced it with new without informing me and the part that they did is poor workmanship. Therefore I feel I owe you nothing and was charged $4700. More
