In my experience and personal opinion they are the worst dealership I have dealt with in almost 20 years. I asked to have a 2 stage paint correction and ceramic coating applied. Well they botched that so ba dealership I have dealt with in almost 20 years. I asked to have a 2 stage paint correction and ceramic coating applied. Well they botched that so badly and burnt through the paint of multiple edges. Then proceeded to apply ceramic coating over the white polish residue that was everywhere. And applicator streaks of ceramic coating hardened all over about every panel on the car that was visible before I even got out of the loaner car. And Gabriel the operations manager asked to allow them to correct the disaster they made of my Levante trofeo. I stated there were only 2 body shops I would allow them to have my cars paint fixed at. And they own part of one of them. Gabriel apparently lied directly to my face because it didn’t go to either of them that we agreed on. Instead he turned the detail department loose on my car that removed the front and rear bumpers, interior panels and all 4 wheel arches and they broke the clips on that and decided to just use 2 sided tape to reinstall. And sanded the rest of the car down to the point of creating even more problems and they would never disclose who they had repaint the front bumper, grill, roof rail strips and rear bumper. Clearly done by an someone who had no business painting anything everything had runs and drips and clearly not even prepared properly because you could tell they had painted over the heavy polish residue that had been locked in place by the ceramic coating. I believe they re painted the front bumper and grill the minimum of 3 times. Is was so bad that they clearly didn’t do any prep work and was so bad they couldn’t even be bothered to remove the driving light trim rings and painted them body color. And did such a poor job of reassembling the car the rear hatch was damaged by using the wrong screw to re attach the license plate and the rear bumper was incorrectly reinstalled and most of it was not clipped into place and the paint rubbed through on both the bumper and the lower edge of the hatch. We’ll 2mo later they finally gave in and sent it to there body shop (if i remember correctly why I was told they didn’t send it there the first time was that they were too expensive) so at this point the front bumper and the grill because as the body shop stated they couldn’t cost effectively remove all of that paint that the mystery body shop applied. And I wasn’t going to accept the car back like that. So what should have been a 2 or 3 day job with drying time for the ceramic coating ended up being 4 months without my car another 2 months back n forth dealing with the trim that was damaged in the process or left covered in compound. And it became quite apparent in my opinion that they don’t employ skilled workers and in my opinion from all the damage they caused each time they were given the chance to resolve the issues they created they don’t have much for common sense either. So a quick review asking for a ceramic coating be applied resulted in needing 1) front bumper replacement and repaint 2) grill replacement and repaint 3) all 4 wheel arches replaced and repainted 4) rear bumper repainted 5) rear hatch repainted 6) roof rail inserts repainted 7) 1 front fender repainted 8) windshield left and right trim. (Buffer damage) 9) sunroof rubber seal. (Buffer damage) Tired hiding it when the car was returned with a rubber dressing. First rain fall it was quite clear they didn’t 10) when giving them one last chance on that they managed to cause scratch the edges and damaged the lighted sill plates with Maserati script by standing on them with filthy gritty boots while trying to add the sunroof seal. 11) Cut leather floor mat with razor And Gabriel had the nerve to call fixing the damage goodwill on there part for fixing the damage they caused. That didn’t sit well. And I took my car from there shop to another Maserati dealer to be assessed and corrected. More
