Service center is fine. William, my adviser, is a nice guy, friendly, helpful. The issue was the dealer itself was a disaster this time. I tried getting an appointment fo William, my adviser, is a nice guy, friendly, helpful. The issue was the dealer itself was a disaster this time. I tried getting an appointment for service, finally got one like 2 weeks out, then the day of service I get a call that the computers were down and that they didn't have the ability to work on cars. I was told that I would get a call back to reschedule. That call never came. I called 2 days later, was told computers were still down. I called 1 week later and was told the computers were still down. After leaving my name and number 3 times, the last time a bit aggravated, I get a call to come in the next day. Finally took in my car in and it was serviced fine. Prices are a bit high though. The service was about 20% higher than Rick Case. I think I will try them next time. More
