I have been to this dealership on several occasions and every time I have gone there I was properly taken care of, my car was properly serviced, and I left there I satisfied customer. The customer service is outstanding and they really bend over backward too please their customers insofar as scheduling and the scope of work that they need to do this last time I was there for warranty work on a mirror and it was properly and properly taken care of. Joe Esquera my service writer took good care of the car and also went out of his way to have the car checked for any other problems that may arise. They were extraordinarily thorough and their mechanics are outstanding. I would recommend this dealership and it's service department to anyone. More

First of all, want to make it clear that my rating is for the dealer and not for the service advisor! Sunroof issue 3 days after warranty expired, dealer refuse to cover, after a $3k work to replace sunroof the dealer and not for the service advisor! Sunroof issue 3 days after warranty expired, dealer refuse to cover, after a $3k work to replace sunroof got an awful wind noise due to poor install. Later a fuel pump issue that took over 3 wks to be repaired. Dealer does not provide loaners, and occasionally when they do it's basic cars through Enterprise. Service adviser Joe was always very professional and responsive. More
Very unhappy with this service I was not told upfront that this service would cost so much more than my usual annual service I was told it would not exceed 2500 no matter what the car needed but I did no that this service would cost so much more than my usual annual service I was told it would not exceed 2500 no matter what the car needed but I did not realize that the typical oil change I normally get for 900 would cost me almost as much with the addition of an air filter also when I picked up the car it was quite dirty with handprints all over it. In the past when I picked up the car from this dealership after service it would be immaculate. Also when I also when I picked up the car it was parked right next to a high curb that was hidden on the passenger side in an unusual spot I was not warned of this curb and I could not see it from the inside of my car after moving my car to feet I destroyed a wheel and tire on the right rear side my overall experience this year was not good More
