Honestly I couldn’t imagine a worse car buying experience than the one I went through with this dealership. I bought a used 21 Ford Gt500 with 3k miles that was supposedly professionally modified to over 100 than the one I went through with this dealership. I bought a used 21 Ford Gt500 with 3k miles that was supposedly professionally modified to over 1000hp. I have the listing showing those exact words. I paid to have the car shipped to me in Texas. From day one it was throwing engine codes on the dash. I texted my salesman DAY ONE of receiving the car and was told to take it to a shop to have it repaired. I towed the car on a trailer to a shop in McKinney Texas that specializes in this exact car. 4 months of them attempting to repair the car concluded that the car had motor compression issues and would need to be warrantied or have a motor replaced (a 40k repair). They also found that the car was never tuned for 1000hp and the codes had recently been erased, meaning someone before me knew the car had major issues and had hidden them. After weeks of attempting to contact Ferrari to get with the McKinney shop to pay to have the car returned to stock so it could be sent to ford for warranty, I ended up having to pay the 5500 tab. I have been told multiple times they’d pay and then that I’d be reimbursed after I paid it and I have still yet to even receive payment for getting it to ford or any help whatsoever. Even with all that effort just to get my car where I could drive it, the service center told me it was going to be months before it could be repaired because of parts shortage and it being a performance ford only certain techs could work on it so I finally cut my losses and sold the car to the dealership that had it for warranty for a 25k loss. I got to drive the car literally one time and spent over 90k for it. Total 30k loss when including the last 7 months I’ve had to make payments on it while it sat in a shop. This is the most sickening car experience I could ever imagine happening to anyone. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! More

As a long time customer of this dealership, as an owner of multiple Ferrari's, it saddens me immensely that even giving a 1-star review for my recent service is grossly overrated... This review excludes of multiple Ferrari's, it saddens me immensely that even giving a 1-star review for my recent service is grossly overrated... This review excludes the driver who transported my car. He was fantastic and this review is not a reflection on him in any way, to him i'd give a full 5-star rating... To keep it as short as possible, I sent my car for a service 2 years prior, it had a similar service and for a reasonable price, albeit still high compared to other brands, but the work was done and I was happy. This time, however, I was quoted over $27,000 for a set of services (3) that another Ferrari dealer said they would do for a 3rd the price... Let me repeat that: another authorized Ferrari dealer in North America saw the estimate I was given and said including transport, they would do the exact same work for less than $9k... absolute robbery! But to make matters worse, when I declined to do those services (obviously), I still had to pay for the "full point" inspection which ballooned to $3700 from $2400, but apparently there was "small print" I didn't read. So, shame on me! But then i wanted to use a promo that I received... the promo was for 15% and its for valued long time customers. Not people who walk in the door... when I reminded the service person about my promo coupon, he said that management said that when we use the coupon, the prices would be 20% higher. That they had lowered the prices 20% without telling me ( I guess it was a secret?)... so if I use the coupon, the cost would actually be 5% more!?! I had to laugh, who buys this crap? Talk about total complete horse xxxx... how dumb do they think we are? Of course the other dealer confirmed that this too was xx and they will gladly honor the promo code... So my warning to anyone is that Ferrari Ft Lauderdale is not what it used to be... and having read some other reviews, what strikes me is the replies from the dealer... absolutely template answers, clearly not giving a crap in their reply... just for show... And as an FYI, everything I've stated here I have in writing, in black and white! I refused to communicate via phone, just text and email, so everything I say I can back up... Any reasonable person who sees what happened just with the texts alone, will see im not lying, and that I have no reason too... this service lost them a customer, a "long time valued" customer, and I am very concerned what this means for any local Ferrari owner in South Florida... More
