I brought my car in for a scheduled oil change when I got there the service guy said he did not have the parts to do the work... why did they not call me before I left my house? He followed up - later that there the service guy said he did not have the parts to do the work... why did they not call me before I left my house? He followed up - later that day saying he can schedule me in now if I want to drop of the car. I work. so, I can't just drop everything and do that. I scheduled for the next morning I dropped my car off at 11am and was told my car would be done in 3 hours. I should have received my car back around 2 or 3.. I did not get the call until after 5, I hurried over and was there to pick up my car, paid the bill and still waited 30 minutes until the valet brought my car out because they were not told I was there. I got my car back after 6pm , the whole thing took 7 hours. I was not impressed with the way this was handled. Last year it was a great experience, I wish I could say the same this year. More

I was told I needed $6000 worth of service on my Alfa with 8000 miles on it. A car that has not seen the road for the last 9 motnhs. . That is more than what I pid for my actual lease. I have never heard with 8000 miles on it. A car that has not seen the road for the last 9 motnhs. . That is more than what I pid for my actual lease. I have never heard of any car with 8k miles needing new tires and new brakes . I came in for oil and filter. I waited 3 hrs to get it done. When I asked why taking so long, was told car getting washed. When I finally got the car it was not washed at all. I would not reommend this dealership. More
I ordered my car on May 9th, two years ago. Waiting for my Ferrari for that long was not easy but I was always supported and serviced by the dealership team, including the General Manager. But I want to single out one person, my sales adviser Hank Carpenter. Hank helped me to select various options and colors for the car. I made many changes to my car prior to production. But Hank was always available to me to help with any questions I may have. I do not think, I would be able to create such a great car without Hank's knowledgeable help. Once the car was delivered, Hank spent hours helping me to understand controls and features of the new car. Even he met me, upon my request, in the dealership on his day off, so I can learn how to use manual transmission without waiting another day. I want to express my sincere appreciation to Hank for his professionalism, knowledge, and great sense of customer service. In my opinion, Hank is a great person and a great asset to the dealership. We were actually looking at other SUVs and were very unimpressed with other dealerships. We went to the car was and a Maserati Grecale was being hand washed there. We had never seen one. It’s a beautiful car. We went to the dealership in Fort Lauderdale and were so impressed with the car and every one of the staff members we dealt with. Jack was on the management team and was very engaged in the process in a very positive way. The deal was so effortless that we traded in our car and we were driving away in short order. We only have incredible things to say about the entire process. Thank you to Danilo and Jack and the rest of the staff for such an amazing experience. More
