THANK YOU HANK CARPENTER !!! Brought in my Ferrari California for service and was told by the service department the dealership didn't have any loner for me during the service. As I was outside waiting for my uber HANK CARPENTER just came out to ask if he could help me. I explained I would be in trouble for 3 days without my ´little pony´.....in 5 minutes Hank and the new manager RICK FELDMANN arranged a Maserati for me. Im super grateful for the customer service Hank provided. Will always recommend Hank to everyone, everywhere !!! More

My First Maserati I bought a new Maserati Ghibli S from Hank Carpenter this past week and after a few days of driving it I have to say I couldn't be happier. That thin I bought a new Maserati Ghibli S from Hank Carpenter this past week and after a few days of driving it I have to say I couldn't be happier. That thing is just pure performance and a work of art at the same time! I've been a long time Mercedes Benz owner but recently had been looking for something different, so started shopping around. I've always turned my head when a Maserati drove by, so after some research and great end of year deals offered at Ferrari Maserati of Fort Lauderdale, I responded to an their online inquiry form next to the car I liked. Hank called me the next day, answered a few questions I had, and noted my buying terms. He was just a pleasure to deal with... no pressure, full of knowledge, and helpful. Within a few hours he got back to me with a deal I couldn't refuse, so I went into the dealership and closed the deal within an hour. When there was some confusion on down payment terms, Hank called in Rick Feldmann in, their Sales Manager, who immediately made it right. Hank then handed me over to Emilio Cosnotti, their Finance Manager, who made signing the paper quick and easy. That whole dealership has its act together! More

Outstanding service and customer support! This is my second vehicle in a year that Hank has worked with me on. The experience has been professional, friendly, responsive and cooperative. We closed the deal 4 days before the Christmas weekend and Hank was able to arrange delivery from NJ to Ft Lauderdale in time for pick up Christmas eve day. The car was a surprise for my wife and the guys at the dealership could not have been more accommodating or helpful, including a big red bow on the car. I would recommend the dealershipagain and especially Hank Carpenter. More

Purchase of Pre-Owned Porsche 911 I just purchased a pre-owned Porsche 911 from Ferrari-Fort Lauderdale. Hank Caroenter was my sales person, and I cannot say enough wonderful things ab I just purchased a pre-owned Porsche 911 from Ferrari-Fort Lauderdale. Hank Caroenter was my sales person, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire experience. I found this car online, sent an inquiry and was promptly contacted by Hank. I had a ton of questions and requests, each of which were thoughtfully address by Hank beyond satisfaction. Wonderful communication throughout the process. And the great service did not end with the purchase of the car. There was a nearly imperceptible defect with a small area of the interior of the door panel (Hank pointed this out to me; no chance I would have noticed). Hank arranged to have that replaced, at no cost, as the vehicle is still under warranty. He even offered me the use of another vehicle while that is being addressed. Everyone on the Ferrari-Fort Lauderdale team is top notch. Highly recommend. I rave to my friends, work colleagues and clients about the experience. I will be back for my next ride. More
