Hank Carpenter is the consummate "Gentleman" and does so much to elevate the level of professionalism at the dealership. He is knowledgeable, detail oriented and charming at the same time. No pressure or fast talking in his presentation. Dave Weber did what he needed to do, to make the deal happen.. Courteous, friendly, and fair...not an easy task! I walked in at 4:00 in the afternoon,test drove, negotiated the lease, car was prepped and delivered by Hank, and drove off with my new Ghibli S at 8:00. Good Job! More

I found him to be extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, options available and ordering process. I felt that all of the recommendations he made to me on options, were in my interest, and not the final sales price which I greatly appreciated. During the waiting period for vehicle delivery he checked in several times with me and kept me apprised of the vehicle status. I requested a quick delivery after arrival at the dealership which both he and the dealership accommodated. I would highly recommend Sari and this dealership for a Ferrari purchase. More
