There is never a loaner offered and my car was at the dealership for 4 days without a car and it was just to change out a tire. In fact, there’s a lack of communication and no comparison to other Maserat dealership for 4 days without a car and it was just to change out a tire. Then, once I picked up the car, the steering was off and then had to go back in the following day and paid for it and waited for them to do the work. Michael was great but before him, it was a mess. This was my second super-car purchase from Farzan and this dealership. While I was pleased with negotiations for a trade-in, I was surprised and disappointed to discover at delivery that second key fob this dealership. While I was pleased with negotiations for a trade-in, I was surprised and disappointed to discover at delivery that second key fob was missing, console was still locked (by former owner) and not all service items had been performed. Just when you think you have had the best experience buying a car, here comes the Ferrari Fort Lauderdale team to knock it out of the park. I had a fantastic experience at Porsche of Wichita, Kansas. However, this one doesn't touch the caliber of customer service and exotic cars. The view alone is unimaginable. Michael Rivera, my sales specialist was fantastic. Extremely helpful, provided perfect pictures, videos and details of the car. I had a driver waiting for me at the airport, to bring me to the dealership, where I was greeted by the classiest receptionist. The car was exactly like it was described. They ensured that I was happy with every little detail. There was not a single person at that dealership that was not concerned about my experience, I felt like I met the entire staff there. No one was too busy to take the time to come greet a possible customer. The food was astonishing. That alone will bring me back for my next car. The Formula 1 race was on the screens and the environment was like no other dealership to this date. You're treated like family throughout the entire process. The professionalism at this dealership is by far the one best in the business. My hats off to the gentlemen running this business. I will be back to purchase a car from these guys again and again.
