My husband and I drove from Reno to take a look at a particular vehicle and were treated quite poorly. I did not speck to Julie. My husband spoke to her. My problem with our visit was our commitment of over $900 to fix one tire. My husband was told that I needed a car alignment and because I had not had one, the front right (passenger) tire was damaged. My take was I took our vehicle for each oil change and at no time was I told that my car (which was purchased in 2021) needed a wheel alignment. This was my first purchase of a Jeep and will be my last one. The vehicle did not have a spare when purchased. I thought all vehicles were sold with this and didn't think that I had to make arrangements to include a spare tire. I am totally upset with having to purchase 4 tires. I understand why I was told this but it doesn't make any sense. I would recommend that when a new customer with a new car comes into the Shop, that a recommended service time line be provided. That could eliminate someone else from having to pay so much to fix (what should had been) a minor problem. Thank you. More
A phenomenal car buying experience! From the first time we came to the Dodge dealership in Reno, Andres met us with the most friendly smile. He helped us with special ordering my Rebel. He kept us abreast on updates from Dodge on a weekly basis. When the truck arrived, Andres and the dealership made sure to tint the windows and made the truck look fantastic. Madison, the contract manager made the buying/document process a piece of cake. She stayed an hour after closing time to because to make sure the docs were signed so it can be delivered. Andres delivered the vehicle to the house and he took the time to educate me about the technology in the truck. Thank you Andres and Madison! I've been dreaming of this truck for two years and you made it happen! More

Vehicle went in for warranty work because they delivered the New jeep with cracking paint on the rear bumper. Got the vehicle back missing pieces, filthy and not as promised. Vehicle had additional damage o the New jeep with cracking paint on the rear bumper. Got the vehicle back missing pieces, filthy and not as promised. Vehicle had additional damage on return. This place is a joke. After two weeks of having the jeep I now have to bring it back to another dealership to fix their laziness and their lack of common sense More
