We had a problem that required time to fix due to limited parts availability and a complete fiasco by another dealer located in Las Vega outstanding. They text me the transport arrival and sent photos as soon as it was ready. I arranged to go see it on Thursday but plans popped up so they kept it from view by others until the following morning without me putting a deposit down, it was perfectly clean and ready to go for a test drive, no sales pressure, no tactics, just a easy experience.
