My experience at Fernelius Ford was the complete opposite, it was actually fun. And that is a direct result of the staff - Terry Campeau and my sales person Mark Felski. In my book Mark is a very good sales person, he listened to my requests, did not push anything on me yet explained possible options available for obtaining the sort of vehicle I was interested in. Mark stayed in communication with me as he looked for the vehicle I wanted, at the end of the day he called/e-mailed to give a status update. From his updates it was clear that he indeed did listen to my requests and demonstrated that he truly was “working for me”. Mark found a vehicle that matched my requests – and it did not take him that long either! True to his word, Terry kept checking to see how things were going and if I had any questions or concerns – which I did not. In basically a weeks’ time, I initiated contact with the staff, they searched for a vehicle that would meet my needs, Ford financing was applied for and approved and I took delivery on a 2016 Ford Explorer. A vehicle that was exactly what I was looking for – no more options than I wanted and no less. In a week!
