Was very disappointed. Went in to get a new key for my vehicle. Waited for 4 hours for the key to be programmed. No wait time was communicated. Additional fees were added that I was not quoted with over the phone. The icing on the cake? My new key does not work to unlock my car. Paid full price for half the function. More
