The on line sales agent Juanita w as great. She called and came over to me sev we al times. Offered me a snack and drink. The sales person I was handed off too not so much. He left me at his desk to many times sitting there wondering where he went. He just needs to inform the client where he is going. At one point I had to have Juanita hunt him down. I also had to ask him for the list of ad ons. I wanted runners, bed topper, hitch set up. I came in ready to buy and with financing. 3 hours later I was not done and needed to leave. I left a deposit and returned 3 days later when new items were placed on truck. AK finance guy was also great. One thing I would do as a dealer with waiting rooms with tv screens is to have a video of all the features on the cars/truck and how to operate all the new gadgets. Even with all the salesman showed me he did not get me set up. Or have a person that just hooks up the car to new owner. I did not know the car could start without me in it. Someone from work showed me that. Have not figured out how to set my seat to stay in one position. The salesman told me about it but did not set it up for me. Seems like the dealer could get a geek teenager for $15 bucks an hour to work with new owners. I did just spend 50k. Thank you Karen Shepard. 830-279-1512. More
