I was helped by a young man for my service appointment on Saturday at 11. Unfortunately I don’t recall his name. I called first and was surprised when the phone was answered on the first ring. The gentleman who answered was so friendly and nice. I had apprehensions about getting my car serviced without my husband present, but he was so courteous and reassuring. He answered all of my questions, so I felt comfortable doing so. When I got there, he greeted me at the service reception, got me checked in and scheduled my Lyft. My wait for my lift was less than 5 mins to and from the mall. I LOVE the Lyft service! I didn’t want to at the dealership for the hours I was quoted. I had A relaxing afternoon at the mall, instead. I will definitely continue to have my vehicle serviced at Fernandez Honda and refer to my friends and family. But know it’s the people, like the gentleman who assisted on Saturday, that makes the dealership and service center the best in San Antonio! More
