Came in for an appointment to diagnose and correct a well known issue with my Honda Pilot. I was told that "there isn't enough time" to complete the diagnosis. Then, I was asked to come back. I stated that I known issue with my Honda Pilot. I was told that "there isn't enough time" to complete the diagnosis. Then, I was asked to come back. I stated that I made an appointment and needed them to fix the problem because I need to drive my car across country soon. They stated okay. They came back an hour later (2 hours at dealership total) and stated that I needed to come back, but tried to charge me the $100+ diagnostic fee. Would not recommend this dealership nor would I recommend Honda to anyone. More
