I don't like writing negative reviews, but I feel the bait and switch tactics need to be addressed. I scheduled my car service through their service site using the link they provided. However, when I got to the dealership the service rep refused to honor the pricing that was clearly listed on their site. I bought two new cars from Fernandez Honda and wrote top rated reviews to support their business. It will be hard for me to go back their after today. More
