Robert was super helpful! When I turned in my car Friday, he said he would get the car to me asap but I told him I would pick it up the next day. When I went to pick up my car, there was a bit of delay in checking out as the keys got lost. Robert was super nice and apologized for the delay in getting the keys to me. Eventually the keys showed up and we were able to check out. Robert gave me a discount since he couldn’t make up the time I spent in the dealership while waiting for the keys to show up. I didn’t mind the wait but I do appreciate the kindness that Robert has shown me. Thank you so much! More
