I'm so amazed with all the staff I came in contact with at Fernandez Honda from service all the way through finance.. Tariq Kassam was my salesman he was wonderful he listened to me and knew what I n with at Fernandez Honda from service all the way through finance.. He would say your my VIP and kept reassuring me he was there for me. I know he probably tell everyone that but he truly makes you feel like a VIP. He makes you feel like part of his family. He has a way to make you feel truly at ease even with all the stresses of purchasing a vehicle. Daniel Rivera and Roger Cuellar in service were wonderful they were very honest and gave me good advice . Daniel even came over to check on me and asked if I needed anything. Their customer service is and was outstanding. Brad Hicock was awesome he listened to what I wanted and needed and where I needed to be in price and made it happen. He never said I can't do that. Truly amazing !!!! Aaron Sanchez in finance made the purchase of my CRV truly easy, he was patient and ready to answer all my questions . He explained everything to me and helped me understand my options. Tariq you know I can't even begin to express the appreciation I have for you. Tariq had a saying that "God puts people in your path for a reason" . I honestly believe that. I was and have been truly blessed by each of these people. They all jumped through flaming hoops backwards for me. I can't thank them enough.
