We took our older XC90 in for service, and decided to look at our options for an upgrade. Mike listened to our situation and our specific needs. Mike and the team went the extra mile to find an upgrade f look at our options for an upgrade. Mike listened to our situation and our specific needs. Mike and the team went the extra mile to find an upgrade for us and worked the trade for a mutually fair final price. Mike explained all the changes between our current and new XC90 features across all trim packages. The experience was overall low pressure, which was certainly better than expected.
