Integrity of Dealership I purchased a 2016 XC90 in April 2016. The vehicle had many problems and was in the shop for more than 16 days in the first 3 months. The Service De I purchased a 2016 XC90 in April 2016. The vehicle had many problems and was in the shop for more than 16 days in the first 3 months. The Service Department was very attentive throughout this process. When the last event occurred, the dealership made the decision to take back the original vehicle and provide me with a new XC90 and they made it work that there was no change in my monthly payment. While I understand that I would have had a strong Lemon Law case, the dealership initiated the replacement on their own without any prompting from me. I am impressed by their integrity and attention. The Service Team Rocks while I did have to make three visits before the interior top was fixed to perfection, that was not the service departments fault. Corporate Volvo ha while I did have to make three visits before the interior top was fixed to perfection, that was not the service departments fault. Corporate Volvo had to approve the replacement as it was under warranty and very expensive. But, this happens no matter what car you buy. Matt, my service advisor is simply wonderful and felt bad that I had to come back. His empathy was genuine and welcomed. He is a treasure, making sure he explained to me what was being done to rectify the situation. Anytime I visit the service department for normal maintenance, my car is returned to me in a reasonable amount of time, and always much cleaner then when I brought it in. More

Shady Negotations I saw a vehicle on their web site and went to go and look at it. I test drove the car and made an offer. The manager was working up the value for my t I saw a vehicle on their web site and went to go and look at it. I test drove the car and made an offer. The manager was working up the value for my trade. As the salesman was going over the paperwork he advised me that my trade according to KBB value was only worth 400. Well they must have thought I was born last night. I did my due diligence and checked my car's value before I went car shopping. When I called them on it and advised them the car value is $1,300 they stuttered. Didn't know what to say. Then I pulled out the KBB printed copy I had on my car they were speechless. I got my keys and left. In my opinion this is unethical and deceptive business practices. Two thumbs down More
