My first experience I was visiting in Clearwater and my engine light came on. Having a Volvo with 176,000 miles and a 5 hour drive home, I didn't want to take a chance an I was visiting in Clearwater and my engine light came on. They were open and checked out my car, picked up the part from another dealer and replaced the faulty sensor. Excellent experience. More

Fantastic experience After a very negative experience at the Clearwater Volvo dealership, I was totally over car shopping. I saw Ferman had a few XC90s with the packages a After a very negative experience at the Clearwater Volvo dealership, I was totally over car shopping. I saw Ferman had a few XC90s with the packages and color combinations I was looking for, so I (hesitantly) made the trek up from South Tampa on SuperBowl Sunday. Alan helped us and showed us the cars we had come to see. Once we decided on the car we wanted, we had to wait until Monday to finalize the financial details as Chris the manager was out of the office and we had some unique questions/requests. This is an honest dealership - they were completely transparent and did not hide fees or upcharges. We hammered out the details with Chris on Monday morning and I took delivery of the car on Tuesday (they sent a driver to pick me up so I wouldn't be stuck with two cars up there). The paperwork process was relatively seamless (Chris wasn't there, which was difficult because he knew the number details we had worked out, but Jay at Chevy was very helpful on the financial side and it all worked out). I was in and out in 1.5 hours, including the time Alan took to explain the features on the car to me (he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful). Many positive things to say about this dealership - I would not hesitate to return. More

We had some complex questions about residuals and money factors on our lease, and they worked quickly to get our questions answered.
