The internet department of Ferman Mazda in Brandon is great. We have worked with dealership many times, and until recently the customer service has always been BAD. It had recently improved to OK. We were recently here to look into buying a Mazda CX7. We were also there for service on my husbands car. We walked the parking lot several times and no one came up to us (15 minute period of time), after walking inside I was not greeted and stood around while SEVERAL salesmen were sitting around chatting (90 seconds+) I should mention that no one was with another customer. As I was about to leave I was "greeted," the salesman was not very friendly. I received information about the vehicle...information that turned out to be mostly false. I was told that I could not get the home-link mirror nor remote start in the CX7. After visiting a different dealership I realized how much could be different and that I didn't have to accept middle of the line customer service. I did receive a phone call the day after my initial inquiry offering me to set up an appt. to come back to get more information on the car. I do feel that the management staff is trying to improve the location, but it has come too little too late. I was already at another dealership, with a friendly, knowledgable salesman and sales manager who got me the car that I wanted with everything + more at an awesome price. The service experience is alway "ok," but neither myself or my husband will be using this Mazda dealership. It is worth the drive to get the friendly, knowledgeable staff elsewhere. More
