Great 1st Auto Purchase Experience I recently took my youngest daughter to Ferman Mazda to buy her first car. I was hesitant to go to a dealer because I dreaded having to go through the haggle process. I really didn't want my daughter's first purchase experience to be marred by the frustrating back and forth routine of "let me talk to my boss and see what we can do" several times. Monica Gura was our saleswoman and she was awesome! She was approachable, friendly, and sincere about making this first purchase an easy and memorable one for my little girl. With just one talk about a college budget, minimal credit history, college job history and our expectations, Monica was able to search multiple creditors and sales options with one 20 minute consult with her boss. She came back with several options which were very appealing and we made the purchase. A great experience and a great person to deal with. I highly recommend her and trust she will look out for others and she did us!! More

She ended up leaving after the first test drive because she wasn't feeling well and another dealer took over. Advised which vehicles I was interested in and would like to test driver and was asked "why?" I thought this was odd, and was steered away from test driving one of the cars I was interested in by the dealer. Once I narrowed down to the car I was happy with things seemed to take forever. The dealer left several times (4+) to discuss the car with someone (Her boss?). These conversations took 30 minuets plus about each time she went into his office. Her boss sat in the corner in his little glass cube, never came out to greet me or discuss any vehicle with me himself. I wasn't happy with pricing options and was looking to negotiate something that would work for myself and the dealership. They didn't seem to want to keep my business ... More
Avoid it in any cost They want to reap you and if they are not as successful they hates to see you there. I was actually a fan of Mazda 6. The dealer was close to my house so I wouldn't want to go elsewhere just because I was there a year before and they offered me this unbeatable interest rate of something around 17%. I went again a year later and the same interest rate, I was even shamed their being told I have nothing on my credit and all those crap of that faulty system. Fine!! I got a loan from somewhere else, it was very expensive (2.24%), had I done the direct deposit it would be even expensive (1.74%). Well I went back again because I was interested in Mazda 6 not in them. I told them I am buying it for full cash, I could see the manager was shocked, furious, annoyed, jealous....( you can use all those adjectives here). Salesman wasn't bad though. We were close to the deal since I wanted the car really bad and they had the bargain power but the manager refused to give floor mat and tinting or any of those on the price which was way higher than the price that we were agreed for at the time of finance application there. Thanks to Hyundai that saved me 3k with a better car with Tech and Ultimate package with better warranties. And the impressive thing is tinting was never a part of negotiation. Any vehicle rolls out their door is tinted:). But again I am thankful to Mazda dealer for opening my eyes to better options. More
2015 Mazda 6, July 5th I have been looking to purchase a Mazda 6 for a few months now and went to four different Mazda dealerships in the bay area. Only two of the four deal I have been looking to purchase a Mazda 6 for a few months now and went to four different Mazda dealerships in the bay area. Only two of the four dealerships struck me as honest people and Ferman Mazda was one of them. In the end my final decision came down to who was offering the lower price and that was Ferman Mazda. One of the other two dealer ships was advertising lower prices and when I actually visited them the story changed. At Ferman I was greeted by Eric Dabrowski, and I have only good things to say about the guy. He was straight forward and explained the whole process very thoroughly. The financial guy was Mark Wilson, another great person. I never felt pressured and I have to say my overall experience was excellent. More
Great experience buying a CX5 Absolutely loved my experience! Chris listened that I only wanted to see the CX-5 and why. He wasn't pushy and simply showed me the options. Chris checked in with me a few times by phone and was not pushy. It was a relief because other dealers I visited were constantly leaving me messages trying to sell me vehicles I'd already said no to. When I went in, it was straightforward. Chris had remembered my visit and what I was looking at. He and another employee were great about listening to my pricing concerns and hope of leaving with a new car. And they made it happen! Love my CX-5 and I definitely recommend stopping in and asking for Chris. More

They were honest and kept their word, not once we felt that someone is trying to pull a trick on us, and this is not a first time we are involved with buying a car. The whole time we received nothing but a straight and honest answers, nobody was being pushy, aggressive with sales or anything like that. I have to say that Eric was the best car salesman I have dealt so far at any dealership and he is the no.1 reason I purchased a vehicle from Ferman Mazda. More
