I have never had an experience buying a car that could match the service, attention, and politeness that we received from Ferman. We came to Ferman still rattled with anxiety after dealing with another terrible Mazda dealership in the area expecting something to go wrong or to meet at least one person that wasn't pleasant, but that never happened. Right down to the bitter end last night at 11:00PM Braxton and Tim were great to deal with. We actually had fun talking with everyone there. I can't thank Ferman enough -- it made me very happy to see a smile on my wife's face last night when we left with our new cars (rather than stress and anxiety). I am also very appreciative of the fact that they went out of their way to locate and obtain both vehicles we wanted in such a short amount of time. Monica gave me the option to take the same model in a different color that they had on their lot, but was more than willing to find the color I wanted at another dealership. The environment was relaxed, no one was pushy, and there were certainly no sleazy salesmen in sight. I highly recommend this dealership and Monica especially. Thank you for the great experience.
