Enjoyed our buying experience @Ferman Mazda Special thanks to Jose Ignatius who had been in frequent contact with us after we first visited Ferman 18 months prior, but decided to buy a new 2015 Special thanks to Jose Ignatius who had been in frequent contact with us after we first visited Ferman 18 months prior, but decided to buy a new 2015 Honda Pilot instead. My wife really liked the Mazda3 we test drove, but due to family needs, we opted for the bigger Pilot. Within those short 18 months, my wife decided she really wanted to downsize her vehicle, so we went back to Ferman and I sought out Jose specifically. He remembered us, of course, and was very helpful. We test drove a 2.0L Mazda 3 and loved it, but finally decided an upgrade was in order, so we got the 2.5L Mazda 3s Grand Touring. My wife couldn't be happier with the car! We also want to thank Robin Campbell who worked out the financing piece of this purchse. She was professional, personable and quick. I do have a long history with this dealership - but only the parts department. I've owned nearly a dozen Mazda Miatas and I've frequented the parts counter and purchased a bunch from Stacy and Ben. I am pleased to say that my first new Mazda purchase was a great experience. I may just have to go back for a new MX-5 for me. More

That is I never truly understood why Mazda owners loved their vehicles so much, the experience of driving had to be similar across any make I thought. That is, until I took a seat for a test drive in a 2016 Mazda 3 and found out for myself, "this is the car." This Mazda 3 was my first new car purchase. Catherine, Robin, Braxton and Bill made sure it was a beyond exceptional experience. They gave me a great price and a fantastic dealer valuation on my trade-in. I had visited quite a few dealers before stepping foot into Ferman Mazda, and I can say for a fact they were the friendliest and most honest out of all the Mazda dealers I had visited. Catherine was a pleasure to work with. They even helped me in a huge pinch, allowing me access to a complimentary rental car to get to and from a long distance wedding that I was heading to the weekend before my car was even at the dealership. Now THAT is amazing service. Mazda makes a seriously impressive car, and my experience at Ferman was icing on the cake. I'm happy, they've earned a repeat customer. See you guys at the next service!
