Just bought a new Mazda CX30, and Katisha made the process remarkably easy. I called her and asked if she had the model and color I wanted, she was able to beat the price of another dealership while g process remarkably easy. Overall, the car was $1K more than the other one I was getting, and she got it down to a few dollars UNDER the other one. She was professional, polite and so accommodating during the entire time we were here and took care of every single detail. I went to many other dealerships as I was trying to get whatever SUV was the best deal, so checked out Honda, Toyota, Kia, Subaru, etc. The nicest to work with and less pushy were definitely Subaru and Mazda, and Katisha especially. Would definitely recommend her (and Ferman Mazda) to anyone. More

I've just leased a new CX-5 Select from Ferman Mazda, and traded in my old Mazda 3 hatchback (also from Ferman). This time I worked mostly with Ben from Sales and I think he did a great job. We spent hours r traded in my old Mazda 3 hatchback (also from Ferman). This time I worked mostly with Ben from Sales and I think he did a great job. We spent hours reviewing my needs as a customer and several different vehicles and options. It was a very respectful, informative process. It wasn't rushed or pushy. The dealership recognized my customer loyalty both in the discussions and in the offer presented to me. When I expanded my search to other brands, the others were not cooperative in answering my questions trying to understand the financial details. I was happy to go back to Ferman and make the deal on the CX-5. I like the ride, specs, and prefer the interior of Mazdas for cars in my price range. Along with my new vehicle, I'm able to continue a good customer relationship with a service department that I like. I highly recommend a visit to Ferman Mazda for a better car purchasing experience. Bought a used car from them. After I took it to a mechanic, the car needed brakes and had multiple lights blown. Less than a month later and the transmission broke. Been a month without my car since it’s at the shop. Contacted Ferman Mazda about my problem and they told me they were looking into it. Then no more messages from them. I had an issue today which was mishandled by Service Advisor, Sam G. When I asked Sam for a small favor for my inconvenience, he became irate and said no. Don, the very kind service manager, overhead him, and quickly came out and gladly took care of the issue for me. As he was off to handle my issue, Sam rolled his eyes, shook his head, and said “you would probably go to Walmart and ask for free merchandise.” I was so stunned I simply walked away. I did ask for an apology. Don, the excellent service manager, kindly apologized, but Sam refused to do so. I am beside myself with the insulting service I received from Sam today. Thank you. More
