I had a few hiccups along the way due to it being my first car purchase, but Steve used his expertise and experience in the car business to guide me through the process. The showroom had a calm atmosphere, and coffee, soda, Gatorade and snacks were all complimentary (Toyota and Hyundai charge for these things I might add).
