My complain is against the answer of the technician Sam who showed zero respect and willingness to help. Also, the manager, he didn't give me any solution and was very disrespectful. I had no intentions of walking out the door with a new Mazda 3 2016, only came in with the intentions of buying a used 2013 Jetta. He patiently went through the financial aspect of the deal and knew what my budget was form the start and did everything in his possibility to stay around with no pressure of trying to may the budget higher. After going over everything, he then realized a better deal for me to get a new car with lower prices than a used car within my budget and worked out everything to make it affordable in my range. The process took a little longer because of the back and forth of the financial matters but the process was smooth and fast when it was completed and I walked out with a new car and was very satisfied with the customer service and the establishment. They had one but the battery was not good and the car ran awful. The manager gave me an incentive on the Mazda 3 i sport 5 dr, he also offered me more than my cars value for a trade. Their online Black Friday price was $2,000 below what they quoted me. I had asked in advance if there were any special deals for Black Friday and was told that they are already in effect. It had been ten years since I had stopped in here and was hopeful that it would be different, as the salesman (Chris) was wonderful. Unfortunately I will again be taking my business elsewhere. More

The transaction took place over a week that included numerous emails, calls and meetings due to our specific situation. Steve always took the time to explain the process and the product, while ensuring that all of our needs were met. He's an extremely hard worker (I don't think he'd had a day off in a month), and truly proud of his company and product. I was seriously considering the purchase of a similar vehicle at another nearby dealership, but Steve's efforts truly closed the deal. Be sure to ask for him by name! More
