Horrible Experience Had the "works" service to include an oil change and tire rotation. After 2 hours when I picked up my vehicle, I was shocked by the high price. When I informed the gentleman that I paid far less at the Ferman Clearwater Mazda the guy chuckled at me and asked if I had my paperwork showing the price from Clearwater for the same services. Well as a matter of fact, I did. I showed him the paperwork, after inspecting it very thoroughly he matched the price. But this was after a lecture that the "price match" wouldn't happen again in the future. Not sure why I was getting lectured for calling out the price difference. On top of that, they told me the right two tires were going bad, which we knew about from the last time service was done the front two tires were going bad. So they never preformed the tire rotation. When we called to question them, they told us they wouldn't give me a refund and they owe me $17 of work!!! Why in the world would I want to ever go back there for!?! So I guess at this point I'll just take the $17 loss. Absolutely horrible, stay away!! Save yourself the time, headache and the feeling that you're getting taken advantage of!! More

I had been looking at diffetent compact SUV's for the past couple of weeks, and test drove four diffetent makes, so knew I liked the CX-5. Steve Stanley was a great salesman. No pressure; let the car do the talking. Since it was Sat,, things were hectic and we ended up waiting several hours. Steve was very gracious, and made sure we were comfortable. I'm very happy with the vehicle and Steve's work. Good experience. More

The best buying experience meets the best vehicle to buy. There was no hassle and no pressure. We went in to see the Sport trim of the 2016 Mazda CX-9. They had this trim in the color we wanted (machine grey) There was no hassle and no pressure. We went in to see the Sport trim of the 2016 Mazda CX-9. They had this trim in the color we wanted (machine grey), but we wren't wowed by this basic model. We then decided we'd opt for the Touring, but they did not have the machine grey color in anything but the Sport and Signature models. We were reluctant to invest in the signature model, so we left and visited a Honda dealer to look at the Pilot. Kevin showed absolutely no disappointment with our decision to leave; even though his sale was walking out the door. We revisited Mazda because the Pilot was nothing special, and we decided on the Signature trim. Again, we were hesitant to make this investment, but now that we have, I don't see how we would have considered anything other than the Signature. A little while later, we were handed to keys to our new vehicle. Still, two months later, we feel like we are one of a kind on the road. We couldn't be happier. More

Purchasing a used car I went in looking for a good used car and dealt with an amazing sales professional named Markell. He was very knowledgeable about the car and its his I went in looking for a good used car and dealt with an amazing sales professional named Markell. He was very knowledgeable about the car and its history. When we sat down to discuss terms, he was very patient and understanding, listening to my needs and he worked very hard to get me the concessions I was looking for. After taking possession of the vehicle, I noticed a few maintenance items like an alignment that I wanted to get checked so I brought it to the nearest Honda dealership to get it fixed. I was informed by the by the dealership that the items would cost close to $ 3000.00 to get it fixed. Alarmed by the number of items needing to be replaced and costs of the repairs, I brought it back to Ferman, and showed Markell the invoice of repairs, some of which were safety issues. including leaking fluid onto the serpentine belt and a 4-wheel alignment that they could not preform because the bolts had been rusted in place. Markell worked with his managers who contacted the Honda dealership to validate the items on the invoice. It was discovered that the items that most of the items were watch items and in fact, did not need to be replaced. In fact, the alignment could have been done because the bolts were not rusted in place, like the invoice stated. Markell worked with his repair department, putting the vehicle on the lift over night to see if anything had dripped out; they even took pictures to validate nothing had dripped and they discovered that nothing had dripped onto the belt but what happened next really surprised me. In an effect to deliver a satisfactory experience, they proceeded to fix each item on the invoice, including replacing the serpentine belt and giving the car a 4-wheel alignment at no cost to me. During the process, he called me to let me know how everything was progressing and when I went to pick up the vehicle, he showed me the serpentine belt and I saw that there no stains or greasy residue on it. Now, the car runs perfectly and I am a very satisfied customer--especially thanks to Markell, the repair technicians and the Ferman Management team. I have shared my story with my family and friends, and encourage anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used vehicle to give Ferman a chance, but as a consumer I will definitely be doing business with them --especially Markell in the future More
