Very dishonest and unprofessional dealer. I traded in a vehicle in 2015 and this dealer failed to remove my name from the title. They sold the vehicle and the person who purchased the vehicle I traded in a vehicle in 2015 and this dealer failed to remove my name from the title. They sold the vehicle and the person who purchased the vehicle crashed and attorney's began to send letters threatening to sue me for damages. The towing company put a lien on my license preventing me to renew my tags on my other vehicles. I contacted the dealer and left a dozen messages and no call was returned.I placed a visit to the dealer just to be given the run around. I was forced to pay the towing company $200 so I could have the lien removed. I asked the dealer to reimburse me but once again I was given the run around. For a large dealership, you would think they would correct their mistake but instead they denied any wrong doing. More
