Hassle free and enjoyable buying experience. Walked into the dealership knowing what we wanted and how much we were willing to spend. We researched every aspect of the target vehicle (2018 Mazd Walked into the dealership knowing what we wanted and how much we were willing to spend. We researched every aspect of the target vehicle (2018 Mazda-3 5-door) including engine/transmission build country (Japan). We were greeted by Christian who although a young salesman, did not pressure us in anyway, but stayed in close proximity just in case we had a question... He was very personable and although not fully educated in some aspects of the vehicle, absorbed what we shared with him regarding some features and seemed to enjoy 'partnering' with us. He helped us get a price in our acceptable range and we closed the deal within an hours time. Thanks to Bill also for coming out of the 'Fish Bowl' to discuss the deal and to A. J. (financial advisor) for his candor and logical lay out of warranty options. Semper Fi. All in all we enjoyed the experience and the snacks/drinks. We will be back soon for vehicle #2 and hope to work again with great staff as found here! More
