Great Car... Great Service... Great Deal I purchased a new 2018 Mazda 6 from Ferman Mazda and the experience was great from beginning to end. Chris Butler was my sales representative and his knowledge, assistance, and no-pressure sales approach was perfect and top-notch. I went into the dealership during the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend just to do research on what Mazda had to offer as I was going to do the same with several other dealerships (including Hyundai, Kia, and Honda). My Sunday of the same holiday weekend, I was signing paperwork for my very first new car (ever in my lifetime). Chris, his Sales Manager, and the Finance Manager all made the process very easy. I love my new car and my girlfriend loves it even more (although she deserves all the credit because she recommended Mazda based on the ratings through Consumer Reports). Mind you, she currently drives a 2015 Hyundai Sonata and is already making plans to potentially purchase a new Mazda herself within the next 2-3 years based on how satisfied I am. I would not only recommend this car but also Ferman Mazda as a reputable dealership. And super high kudos to Chris Butler. If you do visit, definitely ask for him. You won't be disappointed. More

They were slow and not totally organized. The only pressure we ever felt was from finance pressuring us into getting an extended warranty. Don't let this stop you for going in to see Matthew! Matthew made sure I made an informed decision. Matthew was very patient with me. For starters, He had me first thoroughly check out the show room model. I sat in every seat and Matthew explained the features and the function of all the buttons. We then took a test drive. While driving, Matthew made sure to explain the finer points of the car. The whole experience from the test drive to the well organized financial paper work made the experience very efficient and very professional. I came in to look at a car and I left with a new car. When I returned to pickup my car. He acknowledged my presence while taking care of another customer. When he checked me out he explained what was done and the cost. Before he walked me to the cashier he provided a discount coupon and ensured the case was available to take care of me right away. The cashier was clearly very busy, but t ook the time to ensure I understood what the service Manger had said and done for me. It was a great experience and look forward to my next visit. More
