After diagnostics the necessary maintenance items were identified and explained to me by the service representative. The required maintenance was done in a reasonable time frame and reviewed with me when completed. I appreciate the thoroughness of the service I received. The representatives are always helpful and explain what is needed to be done, with a complete estimate before the work is performed. More

I don’t have anything good to say about BMW right now. I will never purchase a bmw again, at least at ferman BMW. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr! I have been a loyal and satisfied customer at Ferman Mini since I purchased my beloved Mini Maggie in 2013. I am about to go on a long road trip, so I I have been a loyal and satisfied customer at Ferman Mini since I purchased my beloved Mini Maggie in 2013. I am about to go on a long road trip, so I scheduled my regular maintenance online and when I was on the way, I got a call from (Brian?Courtney would know who he was) who knew I was on the way and asked if I was interested in trading up. I told him not really but I would think about it. I checked in with Courtney, who was very helpful and then was greeted by Brian who implied that hanging on to an old car was “not the American way.” He said he would go look at my car and handed me over to Chellcey, a sales person, who was very nice and showed me around. An hour or so later, I was presented with a $6877.21 estimate for repairs and was told that I should just trade her in because she was just too bad to drive. At that point I felt like I was being scammed, like the stereotypical old lady being taken by a car salesman. I found it ironic that my estimate was so ridiculous right after, Brian or whatever his name was, told me I needed to buy a new or used car. As much faith as I have had in Maggie, who has never let me down on the road, all that was thrown out the window. I told Courtney to just do the oil change and I left. By the way, I never saw Brian again. I am reminded of the old adage, “A satisfied customer will tell three people and a dissatisfied customer will tell millions!” I am disappointed and hurt and I will be taking my business elsewhere. More
Found lots of new things after I left Could not access my maintenance/warranty information. 5 days later they say I need $2000+ in repairs on a 2015 Mini with 40,000 miles. When I was there they mentioned one, $500 repair that was affecting the rear lights. I am at a loss! More
