Tried to schedule oil change & recall fix since January. Finally had appointment in March only to learn the recall part is on back order. Was previously told the recall fix would resolve the issue we’re hav Finally had appointment in March only to learn the recall part is on back order. Was previously told the recall fix would resolve the issue we’re having with driver profile feature but told it would not when they broke the news that the part was on back order. Our vehicle was supposed to get washed when there but that wasn’t done. The same bird mess on the hood was still clearly there after taking possession of the vehicle. More
