Got in on a Saturday, Oil Change & tire rotation, completed timely. no problems!!! The service advisor promissed he would have my car ready in about two hours & when i came to pick my car up it wa completed timely. no problems!!! The service advisor promissed he would have my car ready in about two hours & when i came to pick my car up it was ready. There were no extra charges or surprises. I will be back!!! I originally purchased my car at this dealership. I sold new & used cars when I much younger, and know how difficult the car business can be. I think these people do a great job. More
I had my '10 Mustang serviced on 10/26/12...made an appointment online but there was a glitch and the appointment did not show up on their computer. Jeremy was extremely helpful. Got me right in at t appointment online but there was a glitch and the appointment did not show up on their computer. Jeremy was extremely helpful. Got me right in at the 11 a.m. appointment time, even upgraded my $9.99 oil change! They checked my tires as well and I was on my way in an hour. I've usually get "okay" service from the mechanic, but this time it was excellent. I had a different tech who was personable, answered my questions, concerns without rushing. I did not have an appointment, the Quick Service was swamped, but I did not have a long wait. I had a tire issue which was checked out fully, and had my tires rotated. I had questions regarding my service from weeks prior, and Mike rechecked, and then answered my questions from that time frame also. I do not like being rushed, and friends always recommend going elsewhere for service, as they feel they've been ripped off at dealership garages. When I find a good service garage I tell everyone, and I have sent some "naysayers" to Countryside Ford, who then have state they've had a good experience. Hopefully they will be the one dealership who continues to show integrity. More
