Review on Service at Countryside Ford. I bought my 2011 Mustang new from Countryside Ford. I have had a lot of problems with it although my experience with the Service Department has been I bought my 2011 Mustang new from Countryside Ford. I have had a lot of problems with it although my experience with the Service Department has been good. All the repairs were covered under warranty. One thing that seems unusual is that every time I come in there is a different Service Advisor. There has been 3 so far. Why can't they keep their employees? This time I had Jeff Bowland and he was very accommodating. I was very pleased with the outcome. He was very Customer Service oriented, courteous, and got the repairs done. He was very helpful in getting me picked up when my vehicle was ready and the Courtesy Van was not available at the time. I also want to say I have used the Courtesy Van many times and the drivers are very nice. My overall experience was great. I do feel though that when buying a new vehicle from the dealership, oil changes for at least a few times should be free like other dealerships or at least a discounted price. There are very few incentives to go back to the dealership for regular maintenance issues. Georgia Greene More

Ryan has always been helpful and up-front about any maintenance issues. Unfortunately, I had a few major issues with my 2004 Mazda 3s this time around. Ryan and the service team were able to identify maintenance issues. Unfortunately, I had a few major issues with my 2004 Mazda 3s this time around. Totally misdiagnosed my RX8 when the check engine light came on. Wanted to charge me a fortune for work that wouldn't have fixed the problem. When I called to make an appointment Jeremy got right back to me and penciled me in. When I showed up he was very friendly and the work was done and they even cleaned my truck. I was referred to Countryside Ford-Clearwater by Liberty Mutual Insurance for collision repair to our 2006 Toyota 4-Runner. Michael and Bill handled appointments, estimates, and scheduling very efficiently. Mutual Insurance for collision repair to our 2006 Toyota 4-Runner. Michael and Bill handled appointments, estimates, and scheduling very efficiently. They also coordinated extremely well with the insurance company. We would especially like to thank the repair technician(s) who performed the repairs. The work was excellent, and as promised, looked like new! I came for Tyre change two months back (may be in September) and i came on November for other Tyre first time they charged me about $249 for one tyre and second time they charged me about $140 for o September) and i came on November for other Tyre first time they charged me about $249 for one tyre and second time they charged me about $140 for one Tyre. When i asked the representative he told me that both tires were same but first time that price is high but when i see the tyre i dont think its the same one. i requested to rotate the tires both new at front and old on back they did rotation but not as i mentioned. overall i dont like the service and i dont want to recommend to others.
