I was impressed by the speed Mr Guinn resolved the problem and how he did not try to "blame' someone else. He understood the issue and just fixed it. I have found that I can completely trust the Service Manager, Dennis McBride. He has made every experience its best, including when it meant trading in my old f150 due to motor issues, getting me with the right sales guy, and insuring my new truck was everything it should be. That precedent seems to have grown into his team. As a business sales professional I see a true brand offered to Ferman by your service team, and to be honest, that’s what I shop for in a new vechicle, service and being upfront with integrity. More

I came in 10-12-17 and met with Cameron rolon who was very nice and listened as we addressed our problem with the car we took the car out of town 2 weeks ago and the car downshiftedwhile driving the next morning my fiancé went to back up the car check engine light came on and briefly did not want to go in reverse.we did some checking and realized there was a problem in the transmission control module.we took the car in 10-12-17 ,Cameron said there was a problem with the door latches and all4 doors would be taken apart and repaired if necessary.cameron called at 5:30 Wednesday toay all doors were done and a new tanmission module and my cay would be ready bv 12:30 Thursday it was ready by 10:45 Thursday with a free car wash.very good courteous staff and a great experience thanks to Cameron and everyone at ferman for a great job the best part of was whole experience was that all work was under warranty or recall. More
road debris damage repair We had a underbody panel knocked off by road debris on the highway. We headed to Ferman Mazda service with the panel and without an appointment. The service people quickly started to reattach the panel and also provide additional fasteners that were lost/damaged. We were quickly on our way and completely satisfied. The service reps and mechanic were very professional, helpful, and friendly. Our experience was top-notch. Well done! A cut above! More

They did not have to accommodate me, but they did their best to get the job completed. And I got to work on Friday. More
