While I was waiting I went to the sales department to give Ferman the opportunity to trade my lease on a new lease. I have an offer through a competing Ford dealer. I wanted to give Ferman an opportunity to match the competitors deal since Ferman beat the same competitor for the vehicle I am currently driving. The salesman took all my info and had the car appraised. He said he would be calling me the next day after they found the car with the options I desired. I never received a call. This is no big deal, like I said, I have a deal at another dealer. Just thought that someone would like to know that business was lost to Ferman. No hard feelings. More
