Though I rarely write reviews on my end, I wanted to address the wonderful experience I had with William. He made an extremely inconvenient situation very smooth and surprisingly convenient regarding the circumstances. He was kind, engaging, and took the time to make sure I understood everything without giving me the the typical routine response. He is a great asset to Ford. He even stayed after closing on a Friday to wait for me as I ran late as well. Wonderful man. Thanks so much! More

Demetrios did an excellent job finding my needs & putting me in the perfect vehicle. I also appreciated the time spent by Bob on the Mazda side for the stereo & features demonstration.
