On the fence This is my third time I have taken my car to Furman ford and my third service guy. This time I had my master brake cylinder go out at 33,000 miles. H This is my third time I have taken my car to Furman ford and my third service guy. This time I had my master brake cylinder go out at 33,000 miles. He never looked to see if I had a warranty and he keeped trying to sell me upgrades. He could’ve asked me to do my maintenance when I did my oil change not when I had a major issue. He seemed more interested in selling me more stuff then keeping my loyalty and best interest in mind. He also did not offer a loner when the part never came in on Friday. that would have left me with out a car for the weekend and Monday to get to work. Then on top of that I could not pick up my car on Monday becuse the computers we’re down. More

When i bring my carvin for service i expect a basic check be I brought my car in for an oul change snd safty recall. I was leaving for a long road trip the next day and ecpected all fluids and tire pressure wer I brought my car in for an oul change snd safty recall. I was leaving for a long road trip the next day and ecpected all fluids and tire pressure were checked as advertised but tires went low half way threw my trip and i wasnt able to find air since it was late and i wasnt sure how much to put in.... Horrible experience w Jeff Vuncannon in svc Took over 3 weeks to get my vehicle back for warranty issues. Was NEVER contacted or updated by my service advisor during this time, I called ea week Took over 3 weeks to get my vehicle back for warranty issues. Was NEVER contacted or updated by my service advisor during this time, I called ea week for a status and ea time was told we are waiting on parts?? Wasn’t until I contacted the service dept manager that anyone started repairing my vehicle....Customer service was awful, will NOT be purchasing my newer vehicles at a dealership that doesn’t care about maintaining my vehicle More
