"Long Time" The dealership took exactly a week to replace the water pump on my vehicle. I was never contacted about the delays. I had to contact the Service Man The dealership took exactly a week to replace the water pump on my vehicle. I was never contacted about the delays. I had to contact the Service Manager to ask why the car was not ready. First time I called I was told the water pump they ordered arrived broken and they had to reorder. The next time I called I was told it was very difficult to install and my car would be ready the next day. When I called the next day it was still "pending". The final time I called I was told the tech working on my car got something in their eye and another tech had to be brought in to work on the car. Labor was nearly 1,000 dollars parts a little less than 400. When I wanted to speak to the Service Manager he handed me off to the Customer Service representative. The representative refunded 100.00 dollars back to me but I have no reason to believe service would be any faster or more forthright if I returned. More

Rip Off Took my 2013 F159 truck with 13,000 miles in for an oil change and to have a leak checked in the front passenger areaI have an extended warranty and w Took my 2013 F159 truck with 13,000 miles in for an oil change and to have a leak checked in the front passenger areaI have an extended warranty and was still told that I would have to pay a $120 diagnostic fee. If the warranty didn’t cover the repair I would still have to pay the $120 diagnostic fee plus the cost of repairs. Every other dealer I have used for my other card checked the problem and never charged a diagnostic fee. Most mechanics that do charge a diagnostic fee deduct that fee from your bill when you get the work done. It appears that the extended warranty is useless and I will never return to this dealer. I will also discourage anyone else that I know not to go to this dealer. This dealer was much better when it was Countryside Ford. More
