Had a leak around windshield I found that my my one year old Ford Escape had water marks on the passenger side of the head liner . I brought it to the attention of my service rep I found that my my one year old Ford Escape had water marks on the passenger side of the head liner . I brought it to the attention of my service rep. William. He scheduled an appointment for me to bring it in to be checked out. When I brought my car in William gave me a courtesy vehicle to use. It took a week for them to fix the leak and it looked like they got all the water marks off the head liner. The only thing is they gave my car back dirty. Other than that I was very satisfied with the service they provided. William is always very professional and courteous. More

"Long Time" The dealership took exactly a week to replace the water pump on my vehicle. I was never contacted about the delays. I had to contact the Service Man The dealership took exactly a week to replace the water pump on my vehicle. I was never contacted about the delays. I had to contact the Service Manager to ask why the car was not ready. First time I called I was told the water pump they ordered arrived broken and they had to reorder. The next time I called I was told it was very difficult to install and my car would be ready the next day. When I called the next day it was still "pending". The final time I called I was told the tech working on my car got something in their eye and another tech had to be brought in to work on the car. Labor was nearly 1,000 dollars parts a little less than 400. When I wanted to speak to the Service Manager he handed me off to the Customer Service representative. The representative refunded 100.00 dollars back to me but I have no reason to believe service would be any faster or more forthright if I returned. More
