My experience with service at Ferman Ford Pulled right up and welcomed by a friendly man (sorry I didn’t get his name) who took me into William Pannier who handled my visit. He knew why I was there, talked about what would be done. Walked me over to the waiting room. Came over to update what was going on. Waiting room was nice and clean. Needed new lcd screen I had owned the vehicle less than a month before the insturment cluster LCD died. It was fixed and Cameron waved the deductible.
