The technicians in the Accessories Dept. did an excellent job installing a roof fan in my Ford Transit connect van. None of the other Ford dealers in the area were willing to install afterma did an excellent job installing a roof fan in my Ford Transit connect van. None of the other Ford dealers in the area were willing to install aftermarket parts or accessories. The technician was ectremely honest in their labor charges. I was warned by others that dealerships are notorious for over charging for their services, but I did not find that to be true at Karl Flammer Ford. I wont hesitate to use them in the future. Thank you for doing what no other dealership was willing to do for their Ford customers. More
