1. Has done away with the courtesy van and now expect everyone to be okay with Uber drivers. Not safe or comfortable. 2. I took my car in because driver side air was blowing warm. I was told an estimate will cost $150.00 and can be rolled into the cost. 3. While I was waiting in the lounge I got a phone call. She said Ford is so impressed with the condition of my vehicle they would like to offer me more than market value to purchase. I said I'm not interested. She said, may I ask why? Very off putting. I just wanted cold air on my driver's side. Then the guy brings me $1050.00 estimate of which $600.00 was the air conditioner. I declined.. then when I left my entire car was blowing hot air. They stole my freon and sent me on my way. I would rather give my money to someone else. More
I dropped my car off on a Thursday at 8am. I didn’t hear anything from the dealership until after 5 PM on Friday. Then I did not receive another call. I called the dealership the following Thu I didn’t hear anything from the dealership until after 5 PM on Friday. Then I did not receive another call. I called the dealership the following Thursday. I spoke to someone but no one ever returned my call to find out what was going on with my car. Another three or four days past before someone called to tell me my car was ready. I do appreciate the loaner car but it would’ve been nice to know what was going on with my vehicle. More

If you tell somebody it’s going to be done by the end of the day then it better be or else you need to be more honest about it.
