Just left there-got a quote via phone/text for a certain price. Drove over an hour to test drive the vehicle. Sat down to do the numbers and he came back with $1k more than what was initially quoted. He said he "misspoke" when he gave me the first quote. Oh, and apparently there's an additional $1k penalty fee for NOT trading in a vehicle that he hadn't put in the first quote. They're charging you more for not bringing a trade that they would have likely screwed you on the value of anyway. He kept saying, "it's on our website"-well, what if you didn't look at their website? I guess we're lucky he slipped and told us, because it wasn't in the price breakdown. Super shady and misleading. More
